In order to provide a stimulating educational environment that enables students to develop their skills and innovative abilities, and in order to encourage its students to participate in entrepreneurship competitions and provide them with the necessary support to develop their ideas and turn them into realistic projects, and under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Khater, President of the University, and the leadership of Ass. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Sheikh, Director of the Pharma D Clinical Pharmacy Program at the Faculty of Pharmacy, and head of the university's Entrepreneurship Club team, and the supervision of Dr. Randa Hani, member of the Entrepreneurship Club team at the university. The "Spectro Pro" team from the Faculty of Pharmacy participated on Sunday, August 25, in the final qualifiers for the entrepreneurship league competition organized by the Academy of Scientific Research during the month of January for a period of three months, where the team qualified on Tuesday, August 20, to the finals of the Entrepreneurship League, and this qualification came after a successful participation in the regional qualifiers that were held during the last period between a number of Egyptian national, public and private universities, where the team competed with a group of innovative projects from various Universities.

The "Spectro Pro" team was distinguished by the development of a portable device that uses spectrophotometer technology to analyze biological samples, where the team made an advanced simulation to measure spectral light concentrations, which allowed them to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the device, with the aim of improving and accelerating medical diagnosis processes, which contributes to saving time and resources in the field of healthcare, and the project was implemented under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jenny Jihan, Dr. Galal Magdy, Dr. Heba Samir, professors of the instrumental course. It is worth mentioning that the university seeks to integrate entrepreneurship into the educational system, because of its importance in developing students' skills and enhancing their abilities to innovate and solve problems, in addition to its contribution to qualifying them for the labor market and enabling them to launch their own projects.
