The Faculty of Education at Helwan University is one of the leading faculties in the field of education. Its mission is to be a leader in advancing educational knowledge and its applications, to build human capital, serve society, and develop education systems. From this perspective, the Faculty's Vice-Deanship for Education and Student Affairs serves as the backbone of the Faculty of Education at Helwan University. It seeks to achieve the Faculty's vision, mission, and objectives by serving and nurturing the primary focus of the Faculty's educational system: the student. It provides all necessary support for their preparation during the university stage, both academically and educationally, and at the level of building a distinguished personality for the student teacher, enabling them to deal with the societal and professional changes they face, both currently and in the future.

Within this framework, the Vice-Deanship for Education and Student Affairs seeks to provide a suitable educational environment for the Faculty's male and female students, offering academic advice and guidance, opening channels of communication with them to overcome any academic and administrative difficulties they face, and providing all forms of support and social solidarity for disadvantaged students. The Agency seeks to encourage and motivate male and female students to engage in various cultural, artistic, sports, social, and scouting activities, and to provide the necessary capabilities, resources, and an optimal environment for these activities. It also sponsors talented artists, sports, and cultural talents through a distinguished package of activities and competitions, implemented according to a schedule throughout the academic year. This stems from its belief in the importance of developing talents and encouraging creativity and innovation.

The Agency also played a major role in formulating and developing the new college regulations (according to the credit hour system), which were recently approved. These regulations include numerous academic programs formulated in accordance with international academic standards and references, taking into account all developments in the educational field and changes in labor market needs, by providing distinguished educational content suitable for male and female students of the College of Education.

In this context, I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to my students, faculty members, and all college staff, and I urge them to maintain this outstanding performance for the sake of our beloved college.
