Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hossam Hamdy, Dean of the Faculty, the Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration held its Annual Scientific Conference under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nahla Sayed Hassan, Head of the Department.
The conference was attended by Prof. Dr. Hossam Hamdy, Dean of the Faculty; Prof. Dr. Wael Ramadan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dr. Khaled Malek, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research; and Prof. Dr. Hanan Karima, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. Additionally, a distinguished group of esteemed professors, scholars, faculty members, and assistant staff from the department participated in the event.
During the conference, the department’s most significant achievements and contributions for the 2021/2022 academic year were reviewed and highlighted.
Some faculty members from the department presented an interactive teaching experience in delivering educational courses to students using various teaching methods, techniques, and strategies. These approaches aimed to enhance student engagement, increase the effectiveness of learning, and make the educational process more enriching and impactful.
Additionally, feedback was gathered from a sample of undergraduate and postgraduate students to assess their opinions on the teaching methods used. The discussion also focused on identifying any challenges they might face while studying the department’s courses and their overall experience at the faculty.
On the sidelines of the conference, department members were honored for their fruitful efforts and constructive collaboration in matters related to the department and the faculty as a whole.
