About the Center

The Center for Psychological Counseling and Care for the Disabled of the Faculty of Education of Halwan University is one of the specialized centers that aims to provide specialized psychological and educational services to students, and offers a range of psychological counseling services to students with psychological or social problems.

Center Vision

To be a leading model in providing psychological counseling and care services for people with special needs, while working to enhance community awareness and empower individuals to achieve psychological and social adaptation.

Center Mission

At the Psychological Counseling and Special Needs Care Center, we strive to provide specialized, high-quality services in the field of psychological counseling and special education by providing psychological and social support to students, designing rehabilitation and educational programs for people with special needs, and raising community awareness about disability issues and the rights of people with special needs.

Center Objectives:

The Psychological Counseling and Special Needs Care Center at the college seeks to achieve the following objectives:

Providing psychological support to students experiencing psychological or social problems.
Providing specialized programs for people with special needs to help them adapt to society and improve their quality of life.
Raising awareness about disability issues and the rights of people with special needs in society.
