In the context of the commitment of the College of Education at Helwan University to its academic and research mission, and in line with Egypt's Vision 2030 for sustainable development, the college sets its comprehensive strategic plan that determines its development path for the coming years. This plan comes as an institutional framework that aims to enhance educational excellence, advance scientific research and community service, with a focus on keeping pace with the latest developments in the educational and psychological field.

Strategic Plan 2023-2028
The College of Education at Helwan University is considered one of the most prestigious colleges of education at the level of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Arab world, as it was established on 10/13/1982 AD to be an educational edifice that serves the Greater Cairo Governorate in general and southern Cairo in particular In particular, the applied and skill aspect of the student, teachers, to arm them with professional skills that contribute to upgrading the level of education in its various stages, and the college undertakes all professional and academic affairs in three major fields, education and students, graduate studies, research, community service and environmental development, with the aim of serving all beneficiaries and entities with an interest in a professional manner. The college also seeks through its strategic plan to achieve the best levels of quality in performance by adopting a number of criteria represented in keenness to apply the national academic standards reference sector of the colleges of education (NARS) issued in April 2013, and work to convert them into a pension in the college, as the college looks forward to more than that by seeking to create academic partnerships with the best colleges of education in the Arab world to what is more and the world than it is From a tangible return to upgrade the educational process and advance the ranking of banks in international classifications in education
